There are many workouts to be done at home that can hone a person’s biceps. Pushups and weight lifting can help
develop your biceps fast. Constant push up routines and weight lifting will boost biceps growth and strength as
well.
Doing a couple of barbell curls will help build your biceps. You can do this by grabbing a barbell with your
hands at shoulder width. Then, begin curling the weight toward your chest using with your arms straight towards the
floor. Do this for a couple of times so that you can build your biceps well.
Another great strength training workout for
biceps is the alternate dumbbell curls. This can be done by standing with your back straight while holding the
dumbbell with your hands. Slowly lift the weight of your one arm but make sure that it is perpendicular to the
floor. You can lift your other hand once your other hand is already curled with the dumbbell.
