Chest Dumbbell Exercises

There are many ways you can do to increase your upper body strength. Chest exercise is one of the ways that you can do in order to improve your stamina and also promote your pectoral muscle growth.

The chest dumbbell exercise is an effective way to build your muscles. There are many exercises out there but this is one, which has been proven to be very effective.

Dumbbell exercise is mainly composed of lifting exercises and dumbbell exercises, which boost upper body strength for more stamina. This is not an easy thing to do. So before doing dumbbell exercise, you have to do warm up. This will help prepare your body from the tiring exercise ahead.

Effective chest dumbbell exercise

Chest press. This is one of the most effective exercises for building the chest. It is not too difficult to do as well. All you need to do is lie on a bench or any flat surface while holding a dumbbell in both hands. Then try pushing the dumbbell upward or parallel to the surface you are laying in. Do this repeatedly until you complete the repetition needed for the routine.

Chest fly. This exercise can be done by raising the arms up while lying down. Make sure to lie your back down on an incline bench and grab the dumbbell with both of your hands along with your body weight. Then, raise the dumbbell until they are on top side by side. Afterwards, slowly lower the dumbbell back.

Dumbbell lifts. This is a simple chest workout routine. All you need is to stand with your hand holding a dumbbell. Then, simply lift the dumbbell. There are many variations from doing this exercise. You can do side lifts or front lifts. You can also do lifts using your elbow or doing a complete lift.

Dumbbell push up. This is done by assuming the push up position but using the dumbbell as a base to work on your pectoral muscles.

Bent-arm pullover. This is also an effective chest dumbbell exercise. You can do this by laying your back on one end of the bench while holding 2 dumbbells below your head. Then, raise both dumbbells until they reach your chest.

After your training exercise, make sure to you get enough rest. This will help your muscle regain strength. You can also take body building supplements to get enough nutrition for your body.
